Brian and Rebecca's little man was born on July 14. Christopher Theodore "Teddy" is quite adorable and seems to be a pretty chill baby, so far at least! I was lucky enough to meet see him on his birthday and then James and I went to the hospital the next day as well.
On our way back from the OBX, we stopped at the house to visit again. The kids were pretty excited to meet the new baby and even agreed to hold him for a bit.

Brady wanted a Minute to Win It party for his family party. We planned that for Sunday afternoon, but let him open one of his presents earlier on Sunday.

We gave him a laptop for his birthday. We'd already set it up with his email and approved websites. So far it's a pretty huge hit!
For the party, we played seven different games. It was pretty hysterical to watch everyone try to complete each task. In the end, Brady and Brian's team Lucky Stuff came out to be the winners.
