Rudy decided today that he was ready to pass him swim test. After encouraging him to try it for several weeks, he just got in the pool today and said he was going to swim across the pool. And he did. Easily. When will we learn about this kid and his milestones? When he's good and ready...he'll do it!

ReplyDeleteSo did you do any formal lessons with him or just lots of exposure to the pool? I'm thinking about Pierce and next summer. I lean towards not doing formal lessons and feel like he'll get it with enough time in the water, but then, I wonder what it would hurt to do a week or two of lessons. What do you think?
